Neighborhood

M City Condos Phase 4 will be constructed in Mississauga, Canada’s sixth biggest city. It will be located at 454 Burnhamthorpe Rd. W., in the Fairview-Mississauga Valley neighbourhood, with a 78 out of 100 walk score and a 63 out of 100 transit score.

Mississauga was established in 1974 and is now known as the fastest-growing and safest city in Canada to live in, with a populated area and a population of 729,000 people. It is, after Toronto, the second most populous city in the GTA.

Moreover, Mississauga is a multicultural city and one of Canada’s hottest investment markets, as this region is likely to see considerable improvements in residential, commercial, transportation, education, and retail in the coming years.

Regular transport users will appreciate easy access to the City Center transit terminal, which is a short walk from the condo. Residents have easy access to MiWay bus lines, GO bus routes, and the upcoming Hurontario LRT, which will connect Mississauga to Brampton through 19 stops over an 18-kilometre span. GO Train stations nearby may connect commuters to downtown Toronto.

Education

M City Condos Phase 4 is in a Mississauga neighbourhood near several outstanding schools, ranging from daycares to high schools. Among these are Chris Hadfield Public School, Bishop Scalabrini School, Saint Philip Elementary School, and many others.

Plus, this condo is also a wonderful option for post-secondary students searching for off-campus living during the school year because both Hazel McCallion—Sheridan College and the University of Toronto have campuses in the heart of Mississauga.

Amenities

According to current plans, the fourth tower of M City Condos in Mississauga will be 67 stories tall. The structure will rise from an eight-story platform with 663 square meters of retail space. The tower construction will include 935 residential apartments above the podium.

The first three M City towers are anticipated to surpass the Absolute World Towers as the highest structures in Mississauga. Developer

Since 1996, when Urban Capital started constructing the 48-unit Camden Lofts, these have been the company’s guiding principles. This proposal, situated on dusty Camden Street in the then-depleted Fashion District west of downtown Toronto, broke the city’s development standards. Camden’s urban living necessitates a measure of volume rather than an area measure. The development was based on the idea that deindustrialized urban areas could be revitalized as viable metropolitan hubs. It is possible for urban condominiums with a focus on design to compete with suburban homes, and there are some who want more.
M City’s owner and developer is Rogers Real Estate Development Limited. The corporation is associated with a set of entities that represent the private holding companies of the Rogers family. Ted Rogers, one of Canada’s greatest business titans, founded Rogers Communications Inc., a well-known, publicly listed, diversified Canadian communications firm.
With the construction of M City, Rogers’s long legacy in Mississauga will continue. Ted Rogers acquired 43 hectares of property in Mississauga in the 1960s for the placement of transmitters for one of his early businesses, radio station CHFI. CHFI remains Toronto’s most popular radio station. In the early 1990s, when the transmitters were moved, Ted held the property and “sold the most of it to house builders.” In 2002, the present site was rezoned to allow for a larger range of land uses, including greater residential construction. Rogers Real Estate Development Limited has hired Urban Capital to manage the construction of M City. They think that the inauguration of M City will serve as a catalyst for downtown Mississauga, and they consider themselves lucky to have the chance to turn a long-held family asset into a new, flourishing neighborhood in the city’s booming core.
