Mobilio Condos is a new condo and townhouse project located at Interchange Way, Vaughan, ON, by Menkes and QuadReal Property Group, two of the most experienced and renowned developers in the Toronto real estate industry.

Mobilio Condos is the first phase of Menke’s newest master-planned community of 100 acres at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. This first phase will include two towers of 21 and 20 stories with a total of 550 mixed-use condo units. This phase will also include stacked, back-to-back, and row townhomes, for a total of 500 townhouse units. The units will be a mix of studio and three-bedroom layouts, with unit sizes ranging from about 401 square feet to about 563 square feet.

The building will be designed by Turner Fleischer Architects  Inc. and will include interior design by DesignAgency. The project is set to be completed in 2022.
