High-rise condo in Toronto
Important things are always maintained near to the heart, and so it is with Toronto’s geographical heart: an ideal neighborhood comprised of luxury houses that are all accessible to city-center attractions.
Crosstown Condos is a new condominium development in North York by Aspen Ridge Homes. This pre-construction project is situated in the Wynford-Concorde community at 844 Don Mills Road west of Eglinton Avenue East. The date of occupancy is November 2023. This is the first phase of the Crosstown master-planned community, which aims to revive this section of midtown.
The Wynford-Concorde area has successfully maintained a balance between its development of residential dwellings, business offices, and retail establishments and its natural setting, while still giving easy access to the rest of the city through a range of transit alternatives.
Crosstown Condominiums occupants will have access to many 24-hour and expedited regional TTC routes for citywide commuting. To reach Union Stop in less than an hour, passengers may transfer to the Eglinton metro station. The planned arrival of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT will accelerate citywide travel by sixty percent. The Crosstown Condominiums are located near the Don Valley Parkway, which gives quick access to the Gardiner Expressway and Highway 401.
Families will appreciate the availability of public and private schools for their children in the neighborhood. The Ontario Science Centre is situated nearby, along with Sunnybrook Hospital and a number of other local attractions.
The proximity to a number of local parks and nature trails, including Wilket Creek Park, Moccasin Trail Park and its Rainbow Tunnel, Sunnybrook Park, the 3-kilometer-long Don Mills cycling and walking trail, and Edwards Gardens, Toronto’s renowned botanical garden, is a major advantage of living in the area.
Crosstown Condos will have a 24-hour concierge, a dog wash station, a lounge, a conference room, a gaming room, and a fitness facility with a yoga studio. Residents may entertain guests in the condo’s party space, dining room, bar, and outside terrace. Additionally, the property will include six luxurious guest rooms. In addition to the over two hectares of parks that will be built in a later phase, this first phase will involve the construction of a 0.77 hectare park that is conveniently accessible to Crosstown Condo residents.
In addition to sharing the grounds with the nine-story headquarters of the Canadian electronics maker Celestica, this first phase will also benefit from the availability of local services in close proximity. Each unit has an own balcony or patio and an open-concept kitchen. In addition to being included with the purchase of one-bedroom apartments and larger, parking spots may also be bought independently.
