PostLofts Condos is Atria Development Corporation‘s upcoming condominium project that is currently in the pre-construction phase. PostLofts Condos will be situated at 47 Simcoe Street in Oshawa, Ontario. The estimated completion date for PostLofts Condos is still unknown.

The development is an eight-story tower featuring 143 mixed-use condo luxury suites. The 143 luxury condominium suites combine a 1950s neoclassical post office with a modern, tiered steel and glass structure, offering a range of unique amenities and technologies for discerning buyers. The units will consist of a variety of studios, 1-bedroom suites, 2-bedroom suites, and 3-bedroom suites.
