Cadillac Fairview Corporation and SHAPE, two of Canada’s most reputable property developers, will construct the RC at CF Richmond Centre, a new condo and townhouse development on a 27-acre lot located at 6331 Number 3 Road in Richmond, BC. This new project will be 14 stories tall and will house a total of 2,000 units, with a completion date of 2026.
GBL Architects, Inc. will manage the architectural elements of this project, while CHIL Interior Design and Evoke International Design Inc. will oversee the interior design.
