St. Clair Gardens, a 17-story mixed-use structure and a 15-story residential building with a shared ground-floor podium, will shortly rise in Toronto. The design of the tower will draw the attention of many homebuyers and investors, and it will serve as an outstanding enhancement to the neighbourhood in which it is located.
