High-rise condo in Hamilton
This new condominium development will be located in the center of downtown Hamilton, with good access to daily necessities and premier transit.
The Design District Condos in Hamilton is a new high-rise condo building by EMBLEM. This pre-construction building with 931 condo apartments will be located at 41 Wilson Street, between Wilson Street and James Street North in the downtown area. Studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom floor plans will be available to investors. The most anticipated property in the Greater Toronto Area will include the work of award-winning interior designer Burdifilek and contain Louis Vuitton furniture.
The Design District will be located in the heart of downtown Hamilton, with easy access to daily essentials and improved public transportation. This location scores 97 out of 100 on the walkability scale, making it more easy than average to access nearby businesses and activities by foot. There are a number of food stores, banks, and pharmacies located within a three-kilometer radius.
Due to the region’s reliable public transit, traveling from one destination to another will be fast and simple. The planned site is less than five minutes by automobile from the West Harbour GO station and the Hamilton GO Centre transit terminals. Additionally, the area has exceptional road and highway links. John C. Munro International Airport is about 20 minutes away.
From a student’s perspective, the location is adequate. There are a number of excellent schools for juniors and seniors. The condo will be close to renowned institutions such as McMaster University and DeGroote School of Business. Additionally, pupils may identify local coaching institutions that help in study and extracurricular activities.
The majority of the employment growth will be concentrated in the downtown region. As the bulk of this region is comprised of mixed-use zones, many of these areas may be altered to accommodate expanding enterprises. There are eateries from many cultures within two kilometers of the building for nightlife. The Sagarmatha Curry Palace, Lulu’s Shawarma, and the Greek Palace are among these eateries.
All three buildings of the Design District Condominiums will have a vertical black-and-white line design. From the fourth to the seventh story, the platform underneath the towers will ascend. The platform will have the same verticality as the brickwork and windows of the Trinity Lutheran Church at the northeast corner of Wilson and Hughson Street North. Unit sizes will range between 452 and 1,000 square feet.
This magnificent apartment complex will include furnishings by none other than the internationally known French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton. Louis Vuitton is well-known for its exacting standards and meticulous attention to detail. Using bright and neutral colors, Louis Vuitton furniture imparts structure and a feeling of grandeur to each environment. The color scheme of luxurious bathrooms will be Ombré or Neige. You may choose vanity bathroom cabinets with a composite quartz countertop and an undermount sink. A stunning custom-designed mirror will hang over the vanity and wall sconce. In addition to a frameless glass shower door, the bathrooms will have full-height ceramic tiling around the bathtub and separate shower cubicle.
