TAS and Fiera Properties are now building The Keeley Condos at 3100 Keele Way in Toronto, ON, with Downsview Park directly across the street. The project is expected to be finished in 2023.
The project will be a 270-unit, 12-storey high-rise condo building with one- and two-bedroom layouts, as well as one, two, and three-bedroom blocks of four-storey townhouses. Teeple Architects Inc. will design the Keeley Condos, while TACT Design will handle the interior design.
