This new condominium development will demolish the existing infrastructure on the development site and replace it with contemporary living spaces.

The Leaside Condos are two identical mid-rise condominiums constructed in Toronto by Core Development Group and EMBLEM. These 8-story, 109-unit residences under construction are located at 126 Laird Drive, on the south-west corner of Laird Drive and Eglinton Avenue East in the Leaside community. These structures will be constructed adjacent to one another and will be identical in height and architectural style.
