Low-rise condo at Burlington
The Mod’rn Condominium brings contemporary architecture and design to Burlington.
The project has 78 unit suites on four storeys, ranging in size from 750 to 906 square feet and including a variety of floor plans and exposures.
The Mod’rn Condominium is a low-rise complex designed by ICON Architects Inc. and constructed by ADI Development Group in Burlington at 1284 Guelph Line. The building was finished in 2015.
The Mod’rn Condominium is located in Palmer, a neighborhood in Burlington, and it has been sized to fit in with its surroundings. Those who work in downtown Toronto and want a condo that is both handy and secluded will find this neighborhood quite attractive. Nearby amenities include restaurants, retail, entertainment, sports, schools, transportation hubs, and green spaces.
Public transit is not always the most efficient mode of local mobility. For good reason, the great majority of condo dwellers here possess cars. In addition to the project’s proximity to downtown Burlington, the waterfront, and several other points of interest, the QEW and the 407 are also only minutes away for drivers.
There are several schools for pupils to choose from in the area. Dr. Charles Best Public School, Clarksdale Public School, Rolling Meadows Public School, M. M. Robinson High School, and Burlington Royal Arts Academy are among the nearby schools. In contrast, postsecondary students have McMaster University 15 minutes away and Oxford College 10 minutes away, both of which are ideal for off-campus housing.
Residents of the Mod’rn Condominium may walk to Tim Horton’s for coffee, or Montana’s or Goody’s for a meal, but the majority will need to drive to shop and eat since there are so few establishments open. In addition, The Burlington Centre, which is about an 8-minute walk from the residence, is a big indoor shopping mall with high ceilings and is a popular shopping destination in the neighborhood. Peart Park is a few minutes away from the condominiums and contains kilometers of walking pathways that extend to Dundas Street West. In addition, the Mountainside Recreation Centre, Clarksdale Park, and Roly Bird Park are within walking distance.
Mod’rn offers a distinctive selection of standard finishes and amenities, such as wide-plank laminate flooring, nine-to ten-foot ceilings, energy-efficient appliances, and granite countertops. Mod’rn also has several entertainment alternatives. Inside, there are 9-and 10-foot ceilings, granite countertops, stylish modern cabinets, and Energy Star appliances in stainless steel.
Residents may relax on the rooftop terrace, which has breathtaking views of the lake. Enjoy the sun, light up the grills, and eat your beverages and food at the tables. To end the night, sit by the outdoor fireplace and talk about funny things while looking at the Burlington skyline.
