This east-end neighbourhood has undergone considerable growth in terms of high-rise towers, townhouses, and boutique buildings. Even though the neighbourhood is calm and distant from city noises, it maintains the same high standard of living. The nearby retail businesses and services can fulfill all of the necessary daily tasks. The building has a direct connection to the TTC’s Line 2 through buses that stop directly outside. Greenwood and Donlands subway stations are the nearest to 1285 Queen Street East. Both are around 2.5 kilometres from the site and are readily accessible by bus.

Motorists will also have easy access to the QEW, Highway 427, Highway 401, and the Don Valley Parkway.


Because it is near an excellent primary and secondary school, both of which are within walking distance or a short drive away, this development is nestled in an area that is great for growing families.
