The Signature Condos 2 is an upcoming condo development that is currently in the pre-construction phase by a real estate development firm with strong roots in Ontario for over 80 years, The Remington Group, located at 162 Enterprise Blvd. in Markham, ON. The estimated completion date for occupancy for this property has yet to be announced.
