The Summit, located on Dorothy Drive in Camperdown, is the second phase of Primont’s popular Blumont development in Blue Mountain Village.
The Summit Phase 2 by Primont Homes is a collection of 16 beautiful apres-ski homes nestled at the foot of Blue Mountain in a woodland glade between the ski slopes and the azure-blue waters of Georgian Bay. Each residence is a separate chalet-style dwelling situated on a 60-foot-deep estate property with magnificent mountain vistas. Each is constructed with meticulous attention to detail and offers elegance, seclusion, and enough space.
Residents have quick access to various recreational facilities. In addition, there are schools, businesses, and boutiques. Collingwood, which is about 10 to 12 minutes distant by vehicle, provides supplementary amenities.
The community is very automobile-friendly, and residents must possess a car to get about. Almost all errands, however, can be completed in a few minutes of driving. Blue Mountain Village, Blue Mountain Resort Terminal 2, and Craigleith are other neighboring bus stops within a five-minute drive.
Despite its proximity to the mountains and Georgian Bay, the area has a healthy educational infrastructure. Numerous prestigious elementary and secondary schools in the area provide students with a great education. Those who want to continue their education may do so at the Georgian College – South Georgian Bay Campus, just 10 minutes away by car.
This region is a haven for those who like spending time outside and indulging in thrilling outdoor activities. There are sports clubs, natural preserves, and activity centers that facilitate skiing, cycling, and golf, among other activities. Urbanites may find an abundance of shopping complexes and restaurants in the vicinity.
Living in the mountains places you above everything, yet at The Summit, you are also at the heart of it all. Imagine living among nature while being only a short walk, drive, or shuttle ride away from world-class golf, beaches, cuisine, and nightlife, as well as Blue Mountain.
