Montréal’s second phase of sports and entertainment condominiums is Tour Des Canadiens 2!
Tour des Canadiens 2 is a tribute to the Montreal Canadiens hockey team that is located in downtown Montreal and was developed by a group of four of Toronto’s most notable and prominent land developers: Club De Hockey Canadien, Canderel Group, Cadillac Fairview Corporation, and Fonds de Solidarité FTQ. This project was completed in 2019.
This spectacular condominium and townhouse complex stands 54 stories high and has well-crafted 590 units, with a luxurious marble-accented lobby and a four-story atrium. The floorplan features one to two bedrooms with ceiling heights ranging from 9’0″ to 10’0″, giving the ambiance a wider feel. Page + Steele Architects Planners, a Toronto-based award-winning architectural firm, handled the architectural aspects of this project. Humà Design + Architecture, a well-known designer with years of experience, curated interior design.
