Transit City Condos 3 is located in Vaughan. The neighbourhood is family-friendly, with plenty of green space, ravines, and hiking paths. It also has a mix of historic residences and newer private estates. It has the feel of a small town, with the main street lined with stores and restaurants. There are many employment opportunities in the area for young professionals or empty-nesters. It also offers a downtown vibe and the benefit of being close to the TTC.

The project’s location may need the use of a car for urban amenities, although residents are not required to drive or commute far. Everything is accessible only a few minutes drive away. Residents can access the area’s renowned schools, culinary scene, entertainment venues, and tourist spots.

Transit City Condos 3 is a high-rise condominium development in Vaughan by CentreCourt and SmartLiving. Like its sibling skyscrapers, it stands 55 stories tall and houses 592 apartments. These flats are divided into one- and two-bedroom residences. The structure, which is located at 950 Portage Parkway in Vaughan, Ontario, was finished in 2020.

The tower, like the other structures in this master planned community, is distinguished by its clean lines and eye-catching architecture. Because of its height, this tower has become a distinctive icon in the region. Figure3 was in charge of the interior design for this project. Each unit has an open-concept layout and a 9’0″ ceiling height.

One of the attractions of the entire Transit City development is its planted green area, which is one of the most stunning parks in the entire GTA.

Transit City residents have access to a variety of other attractions besides the fantastic green space. The top-of-the-line business centre offers free WiFi, making it an ideal place to get work done.
