The retail area on the bottom level will encompass 1,440,000 square feet. The bottom level will also have an open, opulent lobby with double-height ceilings and 24-hour concierge service. The planned development’s indoor and outdoor amenity areas will be located on the third level of this podium. This level will likely have a party room and a gaming area, a separate dining/meeting room with a kitchenette, and a private outside patio. This level will also have locker rooms with a mixed sauna and steam room, an outdoor rooftop pool with a cafe, and an outdoor barbecue area.
