Experiencing a visually vibrant and strikingly unique perspective on architecture Embrace smartly planned floor plans with adaptable areas. This enormous development will have 414 apartments, which will include a range of dwelling options. The project will consist of two stages, the first of which will be a townhouse neighborhood. 70 of the apartments will be townhomes, including 14 townhouses, 30 regular townhouses, and 26 stacked townhomes. The townhomes will be between three and four stories tall. 56 of these townhouses will have their own driveways, while the rest of the freehold homes will face Valera Road.
The remaining 344 condominiums will be constructed as part of the second phase, in two 10- and 8-story mid-rise towers. These planned buildings will be linked by a platform of three stories. The retail area on the bottom level will encompass 1,440,000 square feet. The bottom level will also have an open, opulent lobby with double-height ceilings and 24-hour concierge service. The planned development’s indoor and outdoor amenity areas will be located on the third level of this podium. This level will likely have a party room and a gaming area, a separate dining/meeting room with a kitchenette, and a private outside patio. This level will also have locker rooms with a mixed sauna and steam room, an outdoor rooftop pool with a cafe, and an outdoor barbecue area.
