Westfield – Phase 4, is the fourth phase of Great Gulf’s master-planned community project in Brampton. The community will have a total of 103 units, ranging from three to five bedrooms. This beautiful upcoming development offers a mix of townhouses and single-family homes.

According to the model elevation, all Westfield Phase 4 models will have primarily brick construction on the first and second floors. Depending on the architectural detailing, some sections of the house may be built of architectural stone, aluminum or vinyl siding, PVC, or stucco. As shown in the model and elevation, there is also soldier coursing, brick arches, keystones, and other masonry detailing. The front entry door is made of fibreglass that is insulated.

The interior will have ceiling heights ranging from 8′ 0″ to 9′ 0″. Residents can expect two-panel square interior doors, a single paint colour throughout the house, a high-performance engineered flooring system, and stainless-steel appliances.
