1989 Burlington Condos is an upcoming condominium complex by an Ontario-headquartered construction and development firm, Latch Developments, coming soon at 1989 Appleby Line in Burlington, ON.
This proposed development will feature two high-rise mixed-use condo and retail buildings of 20 stories each that will house a total of 475 condo units in various floor plans and layouts. The estimated completion date of the 1989 Burlington Condos is still unknown.
Latch Developments’s 1989 Burlington Condos will sit on the southeast corner of Appleby Line and Upper Middle Road in Uptown Burlington. The rapidly expanding northeastern sector offers a diverse range of retail amenities, transportation routes, schools, banks, places of worship, and recreational destinations nearby.
