At 225 Jarvis Street in Toronto, Grand Hotel Condos is an ongoing construction project that is currently under way. Amexon Development Corporation is the developer. The project will comprise a hotel and condominium units.
The Grand Hotel Condos site is situated at the intersection of Dundas Street and Jarvis Street. The proposed development consists of a 45-story superstructure housing 451 residential units, while the 13-story Grand Hotel will be preserved and updated. The area is within walking distance of the Eaton Centre Mall, Subway, school, major retail banks and stores, supermarket, and park.
The metropolitan area where the Grand Hotel Condos are situated is the Garden District, which is renowned for its vibrant urban atmosphere. The Garden District encompasses the majority of the Ryerson University campus, Massey Hall, and a multitude of stores, restaurants, and attractions. It is located directly on the eastern side of Yonge. An idle afternoon can be spent viewing a film at the delightful Carlton Cinema or gaining inspiration at the Art Gallery of Ontario, both of which are within walking distance.
The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) ensures that public transportation is well-developed and consistently available in downtown Toronto. Major subway lines, streetcar lines, and bus routes all converge within the downtown area and pass through Union Station, which is located at the southernmost point of the Entertainment District. Explorers, commuters, and travelers equally have seemingly limitless options from this location. The UP Express Train connects Union to Lester B. Pearson International Airport in Mississauga, and VIA Rail provides service to the intercity transit system along the Quebec-Windsor Corridor, which is the most populous region in Canada.
