The LTD Condos stand for one thing, living at the very heart of the downtwn While the decision causes some consternation, both are accurate depictions of the structure, and inhabitants are allowed to choose and remain with one.

The structure, which was built in 2012, is a typical mix of red brick, concrete, steel, and glass. However, Quadrangle Architects and RAW Pattern did manage to add some flair to 15 Bruyeres Mews: an intriguing grid-like brick design surrounds the balconies that extend out of the building's podium.
