They take an open-minded approach to design, encouraging a fluid and collaborative process. RAW is not a hierarchical corporation. They are a medium-sized design studio delivering creative responses to design problems.

Express 2 Condos is an upcoming high-rise condo in Toronto, currently in the preconstruction phase by Malibu Investments, located at 10 Tippett Rd. The project is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2025.

This spectacular two-tower skyscraper will be 13 and 16 stories tall, rising over a shared 6-story podium with a total of 265 units.
