Mid-rise condo in Toronto

To address the systematic under-representation of women in the residential development sector, two of the GTA’s most famous developers, Urban Capital and Spotlight Development, are now building Reina at 689 The Queensway in Toronto.

Reina Condos is Canada’s and the world’s first all-female planned, developed, and managed residential project. It has gained worldwide exposure, including a full-page feature in the New York Times.

The condo, which is now selling starting at $700,000, is a mid-rise building with nine floors and 197 residential units ranging in size from 520 to 1,485 square feet.

The residences will offer the maximum level of luxury living. Designed by the acclaimed Quadrangle Architects Ltd., the condo is being built as a softer, more sinuous take on the modernist style, with a wide range of amenities aimed toward all demographics.
