The Jervis
The Jervis is an intimate collection of 58 design-led homes set in a prime location in Vancouver’s storied West End. The first project by the Inform and Intracorp partnership rethinks the way homes are designed and built. The Jervis offers perfectly formed and carefully crafted homes, built by design and made for living. With only four homes per floor, each home is a corner suite designed to optimize space and privacy.

Telford on the Walk
Telford on the Walk is Intracorp’s newest Metrotown community. Located directly adjacent to the Beresford Art walk, and less than a five minute walk from Metropolis at Metrotown and the Metrotown SkyTrain station. The neighbourhood provides a plethora of shopping and restaurant options as well as refreshing greenspaces. Telford’s 332 homes are made up of a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom plans ranging in size from 399 sqft to 1,204 sqft. The architectural design is inspired by the nearby art walk, an entryway art installation by Douglas Coupland makes the transition from the vibrant neighbourhood to your grand lobby seamless. Interiors have been carefully considered with function and style in mind. Each home has a spacious kitchen with an island and integrated dining style seating, as well as custom millwork closets in the bedrooms. Telford on the Walk is style meets energy.
