High Rise Condo and Townhouse at Toronto

Lower River Street, Toronto, ON

Following the brilliance of the previous two phases, River City I Lofts and River City II Lofts, UrbanCapital’s third phase of the River City development is a magnificent conclusion. It’s unsurprising that so many potential homeowners come to the River City Phase 3 condominiums for sale in Toronto, situated at 100 Lower River Street East in the Corktown neighborhood.

Much anticipated since the Building Industry and Land Development Association named Saucier + Perrotte’s distinctive vision for River City Phase 3 the finest design in 2014, Saucier + Perrotte’s vision is scheduled to be completed in 2018. At 100 Lower River, the architecture is as unique as they come – without compromising exquisite comfort.

Neighborhood

Residents of 100 Lower River enjoy a vibrant neighborhood that looks forward to further growth. There is little question that other wonderful restaurants, cafés, and boutiques will open in the region as a result of public projects such as Underpass Park — whose basketball courts draw an equal number of players and photographers — and the Corktown Common.

Transportation

River City Phase 3 inhabitants have easy access to the whole city. The Don Roadway onramp is about two minutes away, and drivers may opt to head north on the Don Valley Parkway or west on the Gardiner Expressway. The TTC runs two streetcars nearby for individuals who prefer public travel. The 501 Queen and 504 King both stop on River Street, minutes away. The 504 King goes north at Broadview Station, whereas the 501 Queen goes all the way to Neville Park in the Beaches.

Education

Because of the large number of schools in the region, it is also a popular destination for families and children. Other nearby educational institutions include the Keystone International Schools and the Sprucecourt Public School, which are also located in the same neighborhood.

Additionally, the bustling, unique Leslieville district is just across the river, along with several independent retailers and even more inventive chefs providing fascinating dining experiences.

Amenities

This is in addition to a 2,000-square-foot fitness center, a guest bedroom, a double-story party space designed by S+P, and an outdoor terrace and pool designed by Claude Cormier. The suites at 100 Lower River East have hardwood flooring, exposed concrete ceilings and columns, and enormous doors to balconies and terraces. This style was conceived during the building of Phases 1 and 2 of River City and refined in the Phase 3 Condos.

The interior areas maintain S+P’s strong style from Phases 1 and 2, with the addition of a variant on the “smart” kitchen from Urban Capital’s massively popular Smart House. RC3 also introduces a new level of condominium amenity, with smart additions such as an office/productivity center, a quiet reading room, a children’s playroom, a hobby/crafts room, and a “product library,” where you may borrow items you sometimes need but don’t have the space to keep.
