Transportation

Riverpark Condos is an excellent location for getting things done on foot; Richard & Ruth’s No Frills is less than a 5-minute walk from the complex for any food requirements; and Whole Foods Market, located on Highway 7, is also nearby.

Taking public transportation is an option, although it is not recommended. There are bus lines along Highway 7 that link to Unionville GO, however service might be sluggish. Driving is significantly faster – going west on Highway 7 will put you on the 404 in around 8 minutes.

Outdoor

1 Uptown Dr is only a few feet away from Highway 7, one of the busiest routes in the area and a key commercial growth hub. In the morning, homeowners may walk to Panera Bread for a coffee and pastry, then to Five Guys for lunch and Xiang Zi Hotpot for supper – all within a two-minute walk.

Fast food restaurants may be found close on Highway 7; there are large chains like McDonald’s as well as locally owned takeaway places like Honeymoon Dessert.
