This 20-story Markham condo is built of red brick with white stone embellishments and shaded glass windows. This tower, which was built in 2014, is the first phase of the Uptown Markham development, which also includes Riverwalk Condos.

Taking public transportation is an option, although it is not recommended. There are bus lines along Highway 7 that link to Unionville GO, however service might be sluggish. Driving is significantly faster – going west on Highway 7 will put you on the 404 in around 8 minutes.
1 Uptown Dr is only a few feet away from Highway 7, one of the busiest routes in the area and a key commercial growth hub. In the morning, homeowners may walk to Panera Bread for a coffee and pastry, then to Five Guys for lunch and Xiang Zi Hotpot for supper – all within a two-minute walk.
Fast food restaurants may be found close on Highway 7; there are large chains like McDonald’s as well as locally owned takeaway places like Honeymoon Dessert. King Edward’s Arms, as well as St. Louis Bar & Grill, are prominent drinking establishments in the area. Residents may enjoy a play or a comedy show at Flato Markham Theatre or spend the evening resting at Millennium Park.
The theme of environmentally friendly amenities continues in the suites, which include energy-efficient appliances, low-flow, high-pressure showers, and indoor air quality systems.
