Scarborough Centre is a proposed complex consisting of 15 mixed-use buildings designed by Kirkor Architects Planners in Golden Mile. The mixed-use community is for Residential and Retail. In the proposal, the 15 buildings will be 11 to 48 storeys and will provide 4,915 mixed units.
