Adera is building seven35, a new boutique townhouse complex in North Vancouver, based on the success of its NoMa townhomes. The 60 stacked residences are now under construction at 735 West 15th Street, just across the street from Adera’s NoMa, called for its Marine Drive location in North Vancouver.
Integra Architecture’s West Coast contemporary design has floor-to-ceiling corner windows that link the interior and outside, as well as large roof overhangs that provide a feeling of shelter. Westview Elementary, Norgate Community Elementary (K-7) and Capilano Elementary (IB) all have grades K-7. With classes 8 to 12, St. Thomas Aquinas Regional Catholic School and Carson Graham Secondary are the only high schools in town.
With approximately 400,000 square feet of retail space, the center is home to well-known stores such as Walmart, Starbucks, and a government liquor store. The Grant Connell Tennis Centre is nearby, offering year-round tennis and serving as an official Tennis Canada Development Centre.
