SmartCentres Vaughan is a proposed infill, master-planned community at the northeast corner of Weston Road and Major Mackenzie Drive West in Vaughan. We are expecting the two seniors’ residences will be 12-storey towers and the four residential buildings will be range from 12 to 24 storeys buildings. The units are mix with one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three bedroom suites. The development will be in three phrases as initially planned.
