South Beach Condos is a mixed-use development that reflects the architecture, colours, and spirit of Miami’s South Beach.

The project, situated at 90 Park Lawn Road in Toronto, was completed in 2012 by Amexon Development Corporation. It is made up of two 27-story Art Deco-styled glass-and-steel symmetrical towers with a total of 313 flats.

These suites range in size from 354 square feet for a one-bedroom layout to 2,200 square feet for a penthouse.

The entire design was created in collaboration with Amexon Development Corporation, II BY IV Design Associates Inc., and Arsenault Architects, and it highlights the magnificence, excitement, and appealing art deco touches.
