This high-rise condo is currently under construction at 859 Eglinton Ave W, Toronto. It is 14 stories tall, with a ceiling height of up to 9’0″. The floor plan for this building project includes one to three bedrooms, with sizes ranging from 398 to 953 square feet.

The project is designed by BDP Quadrangle, one of Canada’s leading architectural, design, and urbanism firms. The interior design will be curated by Figure3, one of Canada’s most famous interior design firms. This project is scheduled to be finished in 2023.
