DTK Condos
DTK Condos is located at the corner of Duke and Frederick Street in Downtown Kitchener. This 33 storey condominium tower will offer 410 units, 230 parking stalls, and 10,500 sq. ft. of commercial space on the ground floor. Amenity space for residents will include a meeting room, fitness center, yoga room, party room, and rooftop terrace space (with a barbeque, lounge seating and dog run area). The building will be constructed using poured in place concrete, and will feature a 2 pipe fan coil HVAC system.

K2 Condos
This project was re-zoned to meet the new Official Plan for the City of Waterloo. The development is a 2 tower mixed-use condominium building geared towards graduate students and young professionals. The building has a two-storey podium; Tower 1 is 22 storeys in height and Tower 2 is 12 storeys in height. The development will offer two levels of underground parking. Planned amenity spaces include a fitness facility, sauna, multifunction room, theater, billiards/games room, common room, and an outdoor terrace.
