Ontario’s North Bay ranks second in the country because of a benchmark house price of 385,100 yuan in 2021 and an 87% increase in three years. Quinte West and Hastings County ranked third, with benchmark housing prices rising 96 per cent in three years to 547,500 yuan last year.
