Founded in 2007, Studio JCI has a portfolio of single family, multi-unit residential, public, commercial, and healthcare projects with additional, extensive feasibility study experience. Recent projects

River Street Infill
This 5-storey infill building adds to the increasing density in the surrounding neighborhood. Just south of the ongoing Regent Park regeneration, this site borders both single family and stacked town typologies. This small-scale mid-rise form introduces 29 units spread across 5 floors and one below grade level. The suites range in size but are primarily two-bedroom units. Artist live/work style units are proposed at grade addressing the mixed-use character of the surrounding neighbourhood.

Riverview Park
Riverview Park is an assisted living campus and residence focused on the creation of community living, encouraging what is essential to keeping an active and healthy lifestyle with age. The full service retirement home provides nurturing staff, gourmet eating facilities, and opportunities for residents to conduct self-directed activities such as fitness, classes, games and tours. The facility is located within 90 minutes from the GTA and Kitchener/Waterloo area. The growing community of Listowel is home to historic libraries, golf courses, and a thriving downtown core.

Burling Waterfront will be 27-storeys tall with 310 mixed units. The nature and layouts of the units have yet to be disclosed as the condominium is in the pre-construction phase. Also, the size range has yet to be announced for the same reason. As a result, the floor plan section has not been filled but will be in due time.
