The Harwood condo, developed by Intracorp and Strand, will have high-end features in a remarkably minimalist building. These 32 storeys high condos will be built on top of a podium of 44 social housing units that will be managed separately and have their entrance.

The building was built as a ‘tower in the park,’ with an articulated base made of concrete and brick that transitions into a slender tower with a basic concrete frame that has broad windows, spandrel glass, and spacious balconies that are mostly embedded into the building’s exterior.
