The Manderley Condos, developed by renowned builders Core Development Group and Nova Ridge Development Partners Inc., is a new condominium project that is presently in pre-construction at Manderley Drive and Kingston Road in Toronto‘s Birchcliffe-Cliffside neighbourhood.

This is a 12-story mixed-use condominium with 198 units above commercial retail at grade. The available apartments range in price from $729,990 to $1,064,990. The project is set to be completed in 2023.
