The Residences of Creekshore Common

A low-rise condo at Oakville

Oakville offers a fascinating range of modern living possibilities. Mattamy‘s Residences of Creekshore Common, Oakville‘s most desirable address, debuts with some spectacular boutique condo options as well as affluent channel and rear-lane townhomes.

The neighborhood amenities are well-established, with plenty of accessible retail and dining options nearby, as well as several locations within easy walking distance. The community will include scenic ponds and a creek, as well as close to the Preserve Promenade. This innovative, dynamic new neighborhood is the type of addition to the town that will benefit all Oakville residents.

The Residences of Creekshore Common is a condominium complex by Mattamy Homes at 1388 Dundas Street West in Oakville‘s West Oak Trails neighborhood. The community is located on the north side of Dundas Street, west of Sixth Line, and is an expansion of The Preserve.

It shares physical and visual linkages with neighborhood nodes, community parks, and Oakville‘s Natural Heritage System, as it sits between two huge ponds and directly adjacent to a naturalized waterway. To encourage active and healthy living, it was planned to be walkable, cycle-friendly, and transit-oriented. The neighborhood is close to all of the essentials of modern city life.

Shopping and Dining

The quaint downtown center of Oakville has some of the best dining and shopping options in the city. Take a short journey to Toronto Premium Outlets to meet all of your shopping needs, or have brunch at one of the many wonderful local eateries. There’s Tim Hortons, House of Wings and Boardwalk Cheesesteaks that’s available within the area.

Residents can get their grocery done at Walmart which is only minutes away.

Oakville, Ontario, is a wealthy community with gorgeous historic buildings, a beautiful lakefront, and a plethora of family-friendly attractions. As a result, it should come as no surprise that this Toronto suburb has a plethora of excellent schools.

You may find it all in this little village of roughly 200,000 people, whether you choose a traditional education, a Christian program, or a modern 21st-century-based curriculum. Some elementary, post-secondary, and secondary institutions include Chisholm Academy, Clanmore Montessori School, Oakville Christian School and MacLachlan College.

Residents can plan activities and day trips with their family. Local and national attractions, as well as adjacent hiking trails, are all within a short drive. Glen Abbey, a delightful hamlet in Oakville‘s center, is about a 30-minute drive from downtown Toronto and roughly an hour from Niagara Falls. Despite the fact that Glen Abbey is largely a residential neighborhood, there are year-round activities for the entire family.

Kids may cool off in one of Oakville‘s many outdoor pools and splash pads during the summer. A four-lane indoor leisure pool, water slide, and conversation pool with a capacity of over 150 people are all part of the recently updated Community Centre.

If you like to commute from Oakville to Toronto on a daily basis, consider GO Transit. Although the Oakville train runs frequently, you are still bound by a schedule. The Gardiner Xpressway is easily accessible, and the subway and downtown attractions are within walking distance.

Driving to the Go Train in Oakville or Clarkson is a much better option; the express train will take you to Union Station in 25 minutes from Oakville and less than 20 minutes from Clarkson.
