The Wyatt Condominium

The Wyatt Condos are an eye-catching addition to the exciting Regent Park Revitalization project. The Wyatt, located among a plethora of famous places and carefully constructed with elegance, will be a dream come true for many! Toronto Community Housing is managing a much-needed rehabilitation of this dynamic, up-and-coming neighborhood. It was previously known as Cabbagetown, and its residents were mostly from housing complexes. Low-rise and high-rise condo complexes, as well as other new development, are part of the regeneration. The rehabilitation is divided into five parts, with the Wyatt Condos construction now in Phase 3.

Transportation

The Wyatt Condominiums tenants have the ability to easily transfer to a variety of TTC lines. The 505 Dundas Street Car, the 501 Queen Street Car, the 504 King Street Car, the 502 Downtowner, The 83, and the 506 Carleton are some of the major TTC buses and streetcars in the region. Many of the bus lines operate every ten minutes!

Education

The Wyatt Condominiums are conveniently located near important schools in the region. Residents have easy access to everything from colleges to middle and primary schools. Ryerson University, Nelson Mandela Parl Public School, Lord Dufferin Junior and Senior Public School, and Sprucecourt Public School are all close to The Wyatt Condominiums.

Outdoor

The Wyatt’s position makes it quite convenient to travel about. The Dundas streetcar will be right outside your door, as will the Gerrard, Queen, and King streetcars, which are only a short walk away, as well as a bus line that runs down Parliament Street. Those that drive will find the Don Valley Parkway, as well as the Gardiner Expressway, to be quite convenient.
