The Branch Condos, designed by BDP Quadrangle for Zancor Homes, is a new condo building currently under construction and scheduled to be completed in 2022.

This mid-rise building will have both retail and 334 residential units. The retail area is estimated to be around 1.056 square meters. Residents will have plenty of parking options, including subterranean parking for 334 automobiles and 48 bicycles.
