Camrost Felcorp and Diamond Corp are developing a modern high-rise condominium in Toronto. The Frederick Condos is a 30-story pre-construction condominium located at Eglinton Avenue East and Laird Drive in the Leaside district. The renowned architect IBI Group designed this structure, which will have neutral grey stone on the first two floors with large retail-style windows, similar to the previous two towers in this complex, while the remainder of the structure’s base will be a classic red brick that will gradually taper to the upper levels.
