Aside from the name, the most Italian aspect of the Treviso Condos has to be its Venice-inspired landscaping. The outdoor spaces at 800 Lawrence Avenue West have been designed by NAK Design Strategies and include canals and bridges.

Page + Steele IBI Group Architects designed this 24-story building, which has 400 units in total. Studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom units range in size from 300 to 1,200 square feet.

Studio Munge designed the interiors featuring high-performance laminate, porcelain, or ceramic flooring, as well as stainless steel appliances, including Energy Star fridges and dishwashers, which can be found among the condo’s features and amenities.

The canals aren’t the only water feature at Treviso Condos; there’s also an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub. A party room with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge, as well as a meeting room, a games room, and guest suites, are also available.
