Union is a 35,500-square-foot mixed-use development property in Victoria’s Chinatown neighborhood. The project, which was designed in collaboration with Robert Ciccozzi Architects and Merrick Architecture, consists of two five-story residential buildings connected by an elevated landscaped courtyard and ground-floor retail and restaurant space.

Union has returned a significant block to the Old Town District in Victoria while restoring an existing historical façade and a historic midblock pedestrian link known as Theatre Alley. Anthem‘s project will have 133 residential apartments and 9,000 square feet of retail space along Fisgard Street and Pandora Avenue. Union was just named the Best Real Estate Development on Vancouver Island by the renowned UDI Award of Excellence.
