This new condominium development will contribute to the exciting urbanization of the area, which is already underway with the construction of the Eglinton Crosstown.

Untitled Toronto Condos is a new condominium development in Midtown Toronto by Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties. This pre-construction condo is located near the Yonge and Eglinton intersection at 110 Broadway Ave. This project is scheduled to be completed in 2023.

This is a two-tower proposal connected by a shared podium. The south tower will reach a height of 33 stories, while the north tower will reach a height of 21 stories. The development will include 751 residential units ranging in size from studio to one to three bedrooms. Due to the fact that this project will be displacing three apartment buildings, replacement rental apartments have been assigned to the third tower.
