Caliber Homes’ Uplands of Swan Lake Towns is a new townhouse and single family home development currently in pre-construction phase.
The new development will be located in Richmond Hill at 12826 Leslie Street. Leslie Street and Stouffville Road are the important intersections.
The Uplands of Swan Lake Towns will consist of freehold towns and semi-detached residences bordered by a ravine. Units will be a combination of three and four bedroom configurations. Units will range in size from 1,960 to approximately 2,867 square feet. Uplands of Swan Lake Towns by Caliber Homes is scheduled to be completed in November 2022.
The townhome neighborhood of Uplands of Swan Lake has a lot to offer. Richmond Hill itself is a major lure, with its right blend of development, modern services, and a concentration on wide-open green spaces and environmental protection. Richmond Hill is conveniently positioned in the Greater Toronto Area’s central business district. It is conveniently located near major highways, ports, and international airports, and provides excellent access to public transportation, including the future Yonge Subway Extension.
Residents have a variety of other commuting options as Richmond Hill grows and traffic becomes more congested. York Region Transit (YRT) provides unmatched bus service throughout the northern region of the Greater Toronto Area, with convenient connections to Vaughan, Aurora, Markham, Newmarket, and Whitchurch-Stouffville.
Though the TTC does not operate in Richmond Hill, plans are underway to extend the area’s primary subway lines to Yonge and Highway 7. Additionally, commuters have the option of taking GO Transit. Uplands of Swan Lake is easily accessible via YRT bus lines and the Gormley GO Station.
Due to the area’s focus on family, there are a number of nationally recognized schools nearby, as well as a number of cycling and hiking paths. The Summit Golf & Country Club is a popular destination for golfers, while the Trans Richmond Trail and the area’s lush vegetation are ideal for hikers. Among the many activities available at Lake Wilcox are fishing and boating as well as picnicking and taking part in water sports. While you’re there, you’ll be able to witness some breathtaking sunsets.
