Lido was designed by NSDA Architects in collaboration with Richard Henry Architect. It consists of a 19-story high-rise and a 6-story low-rise element that together include 183 units and the LIDOdeck—a rooftop pool with heated cabanas.

The outside brick references the southeast False Creek flats’ rail-yard past while also lending a touch of classic shape to the building’s appearance. Lido’s environmental effect is minimized by the use of green roofs, sun shading, and energy efficient windows.
