JD Development Group, in collaboration with Downing Street Group, is currently developing Verde Living Condos project, which will be located at 83 Elmsdale Drive in Kitchener, west of Toronto.

The project will feature a total of 254 units in seven-story towers rising from a two-story podium. It is expected to have 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom configurations.
