Verge Condos is located at 1001 The Queensway in Etobicoke. Steps from the condo are many restaurants and cafes, including Tim Hortons and Starbucks. These shopping malls are just within 8-minute drive away from the condos.

Verge Condos will be a 17-storey towers with 545 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layout for selection. The development is expecting to provide plenty of amenities for the residents. The amenities are such as fully equipped fitness centre, yoga studio, party room and kid’s play area.

The entire development will encompass four residential towers that will rise out of two 4-storey podiums. There will also be an 11 metre driveway located in between the two podiums.

Building 1 will be on the western side of the driveway in the northwest section of the site. Two 12-storey towers -Towers A and B - will rise out of the 4 storey podium. Building 2 will also have two towers rising out of them, one 12 storeys tall and another 20 storeys tall - these will be Towers C and D.
