Victoria Garden is a new stacked townhouse development by 95 Developments Inc. that is now under preconstruction at Victoria Park Avenue and Finch Avenue East.

TAES Architects Inc. designed the 142-unit townhouse project. The units will be a mixture of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, with sizes ranging from 604 to 1,460 square feet. The Victoria Garden Towns are scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2022.

This Victoria Garden Towns pre-construction project is located at 50 Morecambe Gate, near the intersection of Victoria Park and Finch Avenue in Toronto‘s L’Amoreaux neighbourhood, where redevelopment will provide more services and conveniences for residents.
