High-rise condo in Etobicoke
Tridel constructed Etobicoke’s West Village 1 condominium. This structure, part of the modern West Village master-planned development, is conveniently located in the West Mall neighborhood. After a long construction process, the skyscraper was finished in 2014. A rooftop paradise, indoor pool, fireside lounge, and a magnificent lobby are just some of the facilities that the tower is known for bringing to this expanding stretch of land.
This 27-story Etobicoke condo is located just north of Bloor Street West and Highway 427 and offers a variety of floor plans and exposures. The suites’ sizes vary from 526 to 1,094 square feet.
Etobicoke’s new condominiums are becoming more attractive as investment opportunities, and we’re seeing more contemporary construction along some of the city’s major thoroughfares. Additionally, the area has great freeway access as well as plenty of parks and open space for leisure, as well as a beautiful lakefront.
When it comes to traveling about, commuters will appreciate the easy access to main roads that will make travelling around the GTA a snap, whether you’re going across the street or elsewhere in the GTA. Also within 10 minutes’ drive is Kipling Station, which serves as a hub for both the GO rail and the city’s public transportation systems.
Residents of West Village Phase 1 can easily access different types of schools all at the same time from public or private schools to universities. Eatonville Junior School, Bloordale Middle School, West Junior School and Saint Elizabeth Elementary are among the closest schools to West Village Phase 1.
Also within 10 minutes of the condominium development are the beaches of Lake Ontario, which provide greenspace, a pedestrian promenade, and many yacht clubs to choose from. Getting your daily dose of nature is simple in this area, thanks to attractions including as Centennial Park, Islington Golf Club, and the calm walking paths that encircle Etobicoke Creek.
There will be four buildings in the neighborhood, as well as a big greenspace and a number of pedestrian walkways for residents to use for socializing, commuting, or just enjoying the fresh air. There’s also a stunning rooftop patio where you can hang out with friends and take in the view, or use one of the modern BBQ stations to prepare your favorite summer meal.
These suites have contemporary kitchens with granite countertops, flat-panel cabinets, and ENERGY STAR appliances, as well as many of the high-end features we’ve come to expect from this development. Low-flush toilets and unique designer vanities are standard in the bathrooms.
