High-rise condo in Etobicoke
The Tridel-built West Village Phase 2 condo skyscraper rises in Etobicoke’s West Mall district. This tower, which was part of the famous West Village master-planned neighborhood, was finished in 2014.
This 30-story Etobicoke condo building has 279 apartments ranging in size from 537 square feet to 837 square feet. Near Bloor Street West and Highway 427, it’s on Eva Road. As a result of its presence, residents have access to a world-class amenity center that includes a pool, gym, fireside lounge, and a rooftop retreat.
Etobicoke’s new condominiums are becoming more attractive as investment opportunities, and we’re seeing more contemporary construction along some of the city’s major thoroughfares. Additionally, the area has great freeway access as well as plenty of parks and open space for leisure, as well as a beautiful lakefront.
Commuters will enjoy the convenient access to major roadways that will make getting about the GTA a breeze, whether you’re heading across the block or elsewhere in the GTA. Kipling Station, which acts as a center for both the GO rail and the city’s public transit networks, is also within a 10-minute drive.
Residents of West Village Phase 2 have easy access to a variety of schools, ranging from public to private to colleges. West Village Phase 2 is near to Eatonville Junior School, Bloordale Middle School, West Junior School, and Saint Elizabeth Elementary.
The beaches of Lake Ontario, which include greenspace, a pedestrian promenade, and a variety of yacht clubs, are also within 10 minutes of the condominium construction. It’s easy to get your daily dose of nature in this region, with to attractions like Centennial Park, Islington Golf Club, and the peaceful walking routes that ring Etobicoke Creek.
These suites have modern kitchens with granite countertops, flat-panel cabinetry, and ENERGY STAR appliances, as well as many of the other high-end amenities we’ve come to expect from this building. In the bathrooms, low-flush toilets and one-of-a-kind designer vanities are commonplace.
The community will have four buildings, as well as a large greenspace and a variety of pedestrian paths for inhabitants to utilize for socializing, commuting, or just enjoying the fresh air. There’s also a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can relax with friends and enjoy the view, or use one of the contemporary BBQ stations to create your favorite summer meal.
