In Toronto, Parallax Building Corporation and Westdale Properties have announced the completion of South Forest Hill Residences, a new condominium development. In the historic Forest Hill neighborhood, this pre-construction project will be situated at 63 Montclair Avenue, which will be two blocks north of the St. Clair West subway station.
