High-rise condo and townhouse in Toronto

The Westlake Phase I, as the name implies, was the initial piece of the puzzle for Westlake Village’s designers. Onni Group collaborated with Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects to design the condo at 10 Park Lawn Road in Etobicoke.

Westlake Phase I was finished in 2015, adding 490 new houses to the Mimico neighborhood. The high-rise structure has 48 stories, with the first 7 serving as a platform. The building also has common components such as a gym, squash court, sauna, swimming pool, games room, rooftop terrace, business center, party room, and guest rooms, as well as a 24-hour concierge.

Mimico Cruising Club and Etobicoke Yacht Club, both of which are located in Humber Bay Park West, are also available to anyone who wish to make the most of living near a large body of water.

Transportation

It’s easy to move about Etobicoke and the rest of the Greater Toronto Area with Lake Shore Boulevard West and the Gardiner Expressway nearby. Driving to Pearson Airport from downtown Toronto takes only a few minutes, and Union Station may be reached in 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the time of day. Additionally, residents of 10 Park Lawn Road will benefit from the Village at Westlake since it will make life easier. As part of the village, Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, and TD Bank occupy some of the 60,000 square feet of commercial space.

Education

Thanks to its location, Westlake Phase 1 is close to many different types of public and private schools and universities. Residents of Westlake Phase 1 can access schools like George R Gauld Junior School, Saint Leo Elementary School and Etobicoke School of the Arts just few steps away.
